Marketing & Communications ManagerLocation: [Montreal] / In-house
Full-time [30-35 hours per week]We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to own and streamline all marketing execution — from content and campaigns to community and production.This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and organization: you have a strong eye for brand, but you also know how to bring structure, timelines, and consistency to everything you touch.

Content & Channels
- Own and manage social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) from planning to posting
- Plan and execute newsletters
- Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across all platforms
Community, PR & Seeding
- Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, customer interactions)
- Coordinate influencer seeding and gifting
- Support PR outreach and community events
Campaigns & Growth
- Assist in planning and executing launches, drops, and campaigns
- Support or manage paid digital ads (Meta, etc.) depending on experience
- Track and report on key performance metrics
Content Production & Coordination
- Coordinate in-house photoshoots and content creation
- Build and manage content calendars and timelines
- Bring structure to the content workflow (deadlines, approvals, deliverables)
E-commerce & Website
- Update the website homepage weekly in line with campaigns and drops
- Ensure alignment between website, social media, and newsletters
Who You Are
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of fashion/brand storytelling
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Hands-on and proactive—you execute, not just plan
- Experience with social media, content, and basic marketing tools

- Content is consistent, on time, and aligned across all channels
- Campaigns and launches feel coordinated and intentional
- The brand’s presence (social, website, email) feels cohesive
- Internal workflows are smooth and efficient
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with paid ads and analytics
- Fluency in Spanish and Korean
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Shopify
