Refund policy

We will gladly return an item for store credit only. We do not offer exchanges or refunds. Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns – if your order was subject to duties & taxes, these fees are not refundable.

Returns must be made within 14 days and items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original hang tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including plastic wrap.

Returns must be securely packaged for transit in an unused poly mailer or cardboard box. A plastic garment bag alone is not sufficient. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.

Returns showing any signs of use or damage will not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
