 SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note we fulfill orders on week days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

DUTIES AND INTERNATIONAL TAXES

If applicable, international customers (including the U.S) are responsible for all duties and taxes.This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local customs office.

Estudio Niksen is not responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged items.

Please allow us up to 4 business days to process your order.

 

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES [all prices are in CAD] 

Quebec and Ontario:

 - 9.90$ flat fee (3-9 business days) 

- Free shipping on orders over 75$ (3-9 business days)

 

Rest of Canada and the U.S: 

- 15$ flat fee (3-9 business days) 

- Free shipping on orders over 250$ (3-9 business days)

 

International (rest of the world): 

- Different services and rates calculated at checkout

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  

We will gladly return an item for store credit only.

For International returns, please contact orders@estudioniksen.com.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and the hang tags must not have been removed. Please return items in their original packaging, including any plastic wrap. 

 

Returns for merchandise showing any sign of use (worn, damaged, stained or missing its hang tag) will not be processed.

 

We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in the post. Returns attempted after 14 days will not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline a return request if the merchandise does not meet our standards. 

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS  

Estudio Niksen offers customers a price protection policy under the following conditions:

- An item purchased has gone on sale or its price had been reduced within 48 hours of having placed the order.

- Price adjustments may only be applied once per item.

If these conditions are met, please contact the Customer Care team so that they can refund the difference onto the original method of payment.
