SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note we fulfill orders on week days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

Please allow us up to 4 business days to process your order.

Estudio Niksen is not responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged items.

DUTIES AND INTERNATIONAL TAXES 

International (including: Europe, U.K and Australia) : Duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Estudio Niksen is not responsible for any duty, customs fees, or VAT associated to your order. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. 

United States : Duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer for U.S orders valued over $800 USD.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  

We will gladly return an item for store credit only. We do not offer exchanges or refunds. Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and the hang tags must not have been removed. Please return items in their original packaging, including any plastic wrap. 

 Returns for merchandise showing any sign of use (worn, damaged, stained or missing its hang tag) will not be processed.

We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in the post. Returns attempted after 14 days will not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline a return request if the merchandise does not meet our standards. 

 

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES [all prices are in CAD] 

Quebec and Ontario:

 - 7.50$ flat fee (2-6 business days) 

- Free shipping on orders over 250$ (2-6 business days)

 

Rest of Canada and the U.S: 

- 15$ flat fee (3-9 business days) 

- Free shipping on orders over 250$ (3-9 business days)

 

International (rest of the world): 

- Different services and rates calculated at checkout

  

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS  

Estudio Niksen offers customers a price protection policy under the following conditions:

- An item purchased has gone on sale or its price had been reduced within 48 hours of having placed the order.

- Price adjustments may only be applied once per item.

If these conditions are met, please contact the Customer Care team so that they can refund the difference onto the original method of payment.
