From our collaboration with our friends from Intrus to celebrate our first popup in New York with the family. Geneva apple cider (red flesh) assembled with a co-fermented cider on Ste-Croix grape skins and juice. It's a hybrid between Cider and wine, super juicy, with body and texture.
